Description

**All hair must be delivered by November 13th to be guaranteed in time for Christmas. If hair is received after this date, it is still possible to have it before Christmas, as processing time is 4-6 weeks once hair is received. It is just not guaranteed. 

**ALWAYS make sure to use tracking when shipping your horse's hair in!

Hand-braided fishtail braid, inlaid into full-grain leather. Custom-made when you mail your horse's hair in, with the option of having your horse's name stamped onto the back.

Q: How much hair is needed for this?
A: Your horse's hair must be at LEAST 6 inches long and the diameter of your finger. Make sure it does not wisp off at the 6" mark!

Q: Do you return unused hair?
A: Yes, all hair is returned to you.

Q: Do I need to wash the hair first?
A: No, that is included in the price. I just ask that all extra dirt and debris be removed before mailing.

Q. How do I mail in the hair?
A: Rubberband your horse's hair at the top and place it into a ziplock bag labeled with your horse's name. Then use any mailer of your choice.

Q. What is the turnaround time?
A. Once your horse's hair is received in the mail, it will then take 4-6 weeks to process.

Q: What is the mailing address?
A: The ship-to address will be emailed/texted to you after purchase. But I'm human and can get busy. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours, please contact me! Be sure to check your spam folders first.

No Returns Policy,
This item is nonrefundable due to tax issues. If the hair is not received within 30 days of purchase, your order will be fulfilled with no money back.
